AxMall Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AxMall, the third-party marketplace operated by Axerold as part of the Axerold ecosystem at axerold.com. By registering a seller account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with AxMall, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AxMall.
AxMall is provided by Axerold ("we", "us", "AxMall"). Our registered contact is [email protected].
1. Who can use AxMall
Buyers must be at least 18 and able to legally hold AxCoin (AXC) in their wallet. Sellers must additionally complete AxID verification (biometric + government ID) before listing any product. Business-seller and brand-seller accounts (including the "Approved Brand" designation required for Level 5) are granted at our discretion.
2. Listings and product integrity
As a seller you confirm that you own or have the right to sell each item listed, that product titles, descriptions, images and specifications are accurate, and that the product does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
2.1 Prohibited items
You may not list items that are illegal under UK or EU law, weapons (including replica), controlled drugs or drug paraphernalia, live animals, counterfeit goods, items that infringe trademarks or copyrights, adult material involving anyone under 18, hacking/surveillance services, stolen goods, or anything designed primarily to deceive buyers. We may remove listings matching these categories without notice.
3. Payments, commission, and payouts
All prices on AxMall are denominated in AxCoin (AXC), a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain. Buyers pay AXC directly to AxMall's escrow wallet. On each completed sale, AxMall charges a commission of 7% of the order subtotal; the remaining 93% accrues to the seller's internal AxToken (AXT) balance.
Sellers receive their payout 30 days after delivery of the order (or immediately after delivery for digital products). Payouts may be converted to AXC on-chain or to fiat currency via AxBank, subject to conversion fees disclosed at the time of withdrawal.
Buyers understand that on-chain AXC payments are irreversible. If the amount sent does not match the order total, the buyer is responsible for reaching out to recover mis-sent funds. We maintain a register of unmatched transfers and will assist in good faith, but cannot guarantee recovery.
4. Shipping, digital delivery, and delivery confirmation
For physical orders, the seller is solely responsible for despatch, packaging, carrier selection, tracking and customs paperwork. Buyers should confirm delivery inside AxMall once an order arrives; in the absence of confirmation, the escrow clock still starts automatically after 14 days from the tracking "delivered" event where available.
For digital orders, the seller-provided payload (file, key, or URL) is released to the buyer automatically on payment and the 30-day escrow clock starts immediately.
5. Returns, refunds, and disputes
Buyers may raise an issue inside AxMall (not-as-described, damaged, lost, wrong item, seller unresponsive, other) on any paid or delivered order. Issues are reviewed by AxMall staff. Outcomes can include full or partial refund, replacement arrangement, or rejection of the claim.
Sellers may initiate a refund on a paid-or-shipped order (for example, if an item is out of stock after sale). The refund releases the escrow back to the buyer's wallet.
During the launch period, new sellers ("first-time sellers") are not expected to handle complex disputes themselves — AxMall staff will mediate directly. We may reserve the right to withhold payout on any order under active dispute until resolution.
6. Seller suspension and brand status
We may suspend or close a seller account, or revoke Approved-Brand status, for reasons including repeated policy breaches, high dispute rates, fraudulent behaviour, or failure to respond to AxMall staff. Every admin action against an account is logged and can be provided to the seller on request.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AxMall is not liable for product quality, authenticity, shipment condition, or seller/buyer conduct beyond the escrow guarantee described above. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that cannot be resolved through AxMall's internal process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes trigger a re-acceptance prompt for sellers at their next login. The current version number and date are shown at the top of this page.
